Madcap's Prompt

A STRANGE ENCOUNTER

After a little trip out, just for fun, and to exercise... sort of... you come across an ugly little hole in the ground, decorated with a multitude of strange things. Poorly drawn pictures, glass bottles, stickers, confetti, randomly strewn about candy, broken glitterbombs...

Intrigued in a weird, uncomfortable sort of way, you peer into the hole, greeted by none other than Madcap! The weirdo you heard about from the locals. You frown. Staring at you from below, Madcap jankily crawls up the side of the hole, eventually standing on his tail, peering at you from above. You feel terrified, and you're not exactly sure why.

"Hiiii there. I'm Madcap. You know, I can tell. How are you today? I'm great. But you knew that already. Say, what're you doing here?! Haven't seen anyone in... a few hours? Days, maybe, even? Anyway, wanna win a prize?" Madcap says so quickly, you can't even fully register what he said. "If you're able to get a few of these shiny things somehow, I'll give you something reeeeaaaaal neat in return. Maybe more, eventually. We'll see. Wait, you want to know HOW to get them..? Uuuuuummm.. figure it out. Look around!  Maybe I'll give you some in return for something. Or maybe just look around? Maybe you'll have some luck finding some elsewhere! Anyways, get on going! I'm exciiiiiiited."

Not even giving you a chance to respond, Madcap quickly shows you a few of those... weird coins of his, layed out in its palm, pointing to them. Having nothing better to do, you willingly oblige. This'll be... fun? Maybe?

For this prompt, you can obtain Madcap's special currency (that in return can be used to buy some unique items in his shop) by drawing things for him to hang on the 'walls' of his bunker! Whether it be a quick doodle, messy sketch, something regular, or something really delightfully polished, all will yield you a random amount of Madcoins! You can do this prompt twice per day!

REQUIREMENTS

All art MUST contain Madcap (click for ref) to some degree (he must be somewhat visible in your drawing!), otherwise, creativity and experimentation is very heavily encouraged! It could be a scene, you could throw in anything you'd think he'd like, add your own Gachagons/Bitlings/Scribblies, etc.! (Reminder, though, this prompt MUST be submitted to its respective gallery first! If you give us an outside link, we will reject the submission and you will have to resend it. Gallery submissions can still be linked to before official approval/while pending, so there should be no reason you can't link it when submitting your piece!) This prompt is meant to be fun, so go nuts! Keep in mind, though, Madcap is a SCRIBBLIE, so he must be drawn messy/unpolished! Have fun!
