David (Ourple) Miller is basically the vibes of a mad scientist trapped in a weirdo scribblie's body. He's very eccentric and quite the showman with a knack for putting on a show! He's nice, but people can't help but feel uneasy around him. It's either the random bouts of insanity, the crazy regeneration and lighting powers, or the fact that he smells like a rotting corpse; Either way, he's probably not to be trusted.

HISTORY

Not much is known about his past (Considering how whenever you ask him about his past he'll laugh like a madman and go back to whatever he was doing or he'll make up outlandish stories that change everytime you ask him.), but what people do know is that he works at William's arcade (Laplace Links) as a janitor + maintenance man for the arcade machines. It's not where or how he got all of his injuries, why he won't regenerate them and why he has wires sticking out his ear but knowing him? It's probably not a pretty story.
