This gachagon, who calls the water their home, fits the no thoughts head empty meme perfectly. They're very absentminded and keep a low profile. They also forget their name and pronouns a lot, so they just let the Keep call them whatever they want; however, this has caused a bit of confusion as to what their name is! (Some call them Noonles, others call them Travis, and some call them something entirely different!)

Their theme song is the instrumental version of I'd Rather Sleep by Kero Kero Bonito.

Design note: their eyes are usually closed except when they're in water or doing activities for which seeing is crucial. They can see just fine, they're just pretty filled with bliss lol
